GAP Community Development Resources, Inc. is a 501[c]3 faith based non-profit organization.

We have guided some families through the process of purchasing a home from start to finish.  Whether you want to purchase a new home or buy an existing property, GAP Community Development can help.

We have a variety of referral programs to help with financing, including down payment assistance, mortgage loans, and post-purchase assistance, as well as certified home buyer education classes that will allow you to proceed with confidence.

Our counseling staff will help guide you through every step of the way, whether it be renting vs. mortgage, loss mitigation, reverse mortgages and credit issues here in Williamson County and the surrounding areas.

To help further our efforts in the community, we have partnered with HUD, Fannie Mae, THDA, USDA Rural and direct contact with Equifax, TransUnion, Experian and local community banks.
